In 1996 graduated in Law from the Faculty of Legal and Politicial Sciences of the University of Law Zulia, Venezuela. Since her graduation she has been working as a lawyer. Master in Tax management since 2001 and PhD in Political Science since 2013. 14 years working as a Professor of the Law school of the Faculty of Legal and Politics science of the University Dr.Rafael Bellosos Chacín, Venezuela. Currently studying Law degree at the International University UNIR. Since 2016 she has been part of Moreno Vlk & Asociados. She is a specialist in tax, civil and administrative law.
