He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague in 1997. After completing his studies, he provided legal services to Komercni banka a.s. and state administrative bodies. As of 2004, he is enrolled in the list of advocates of the Czech Bar Association. He joined Moreno Vlk & Asociados just when the office was established. In advocacy, he deals mainly with commercial, administrative and criminal law, and provides comprehensive services in the field of labor law. His long-standing practice is proven especially in procedural issues of court proceedings and in court proceedings before the Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber.
He operates in the Czech Republic.
